About every fourth song played on a typical tango evening is a tango walz or milonga. Never the less many dancers feel a bit intimidated by those beautiful rythms.
While the walz steps are similar to that of tango, the milonga has a quite different repertoair which demands a faster and more rythmical way of dancing. Unless you have a good knowledge of the differences the waltz might loose its character and the milonga can easily become a stressful challange.
In this course we will learn some of the most common and important step combinations in both waltz and milonga as well as the techniques, expression and musicality specific for each dance.
The classes are suitable for those who have danced tango for a while and feel comfortable with tango elements such as salida, giro and ocho cortado.
Drop-in
If you can not participate on regular basis you are also welcome to dropin to the classes together with a parnter and just pay the class fee of 150kr.

- Children: 0 kr - Full time students or youth up to 18 years old: 1195 kr - Others: 1295 kr
A membership fee of 100kr is added. This fee is payed only once per year.

Our ambition is to have the same number of men and women in the courses. Therefore we will give priority to those who sign up in couples (This does not apply to solo dances like Street, Flamenco or Jazz).
But it is also alright to sign up alone. During the classes we will change dance partners all the time.
