Welcome party - foxtrot
You can dance foxtrot to any music played at the radio or in the night clubs and nations. Along side bugg, foxtrot is the most popular dance in Sweden.
In a typical dance floor several hundred dancers are sharing the space and through the years the social foxtrot has evolved so that you today can have "a lot of dancing in little space".
Swedish foxtrot is a soft and flowing dance with the emphesis on musicality and improvisation.
In this course we will learn the most common steps and basic turns, the technique to lead and follow as well as basic musicality and floorcraft.
If you have danced similar courses at Studio-K, for example Waltz, Bugg, Foxtrot - 3 you are wecome to take this course for free.
