This course is for those who already know the basics of bugg and want to develop their dancing, feel more confident on the dance floor, and add more finesse and variety.
Swedish champions in bugg 2025
We’ll introduce several fun new moves and work on making the dance flow better, feel more musical, and become even more enjoyable. At the end of the term, we’ll head out together to one of Uppsala’s popular dance venues to have fun and put our new skills into practice.
If you haven’t taken a full bugg course before, are self-taught, or mostly dance the older style of bugg, we recommend starting with our beginner course, Bugg – 1, to build a solid foundation.
After completing Bugg – 2, you’ll have the skills needed to join our Improver courses.

Participation fee
- Children: 0 kr - Full time students or youth up to 18 years old: 895 kr - Others: 995 kr
A membership fee of 100kr is added. This fee is payed only once per year.

Our ambition is to have the same number of men and women in the courses. Therefore we will give priority to those who sign up in couples (This does not apply to solo dances like Street, Flamenco or Jazz).
But it is also alright to sign up alone. During the classes we will change dance partners all the time.
