Dance courses children 9 - 13 years
At this age children learn dancing quite quickly and can become good dancers in a short period of time.
Dance is a good exercise and gives the children much joy, many new friends and a challenge which makes them
want to develop their body control, balance, coordination and musicality.
Dancing for children
At Studio-K we want to combine our pedagogical experience from the competition dancing with the fun
of the social dancing. By promoting children's dance we want to help bringing up a new generation of
really good dancers in Uppsala with healthy social values that are connected to dance.
For instance to have fun at parties without too much alcohol.
Besides our practice hours each semester we also organise several dance evenings at Dansens Hus where
both children and adults can dance and have fun with their new skills.
